Unsatisfied with your item? Please do not hesitate to contact us. On the odd occasion, printing teams make mistakes. Items are always quality checked, but sometimes things slip through the net. If ever there is a concern or faulty product, we first contact our supplier to get a replacement sent out. If you are still unsatisfied with the final product, we can issue a refund once we get sufficient proof of the defects.

Do you offer bulk discounts?Yes we do. If you order more than 1 item, we can reduce the price due to only incurring 1 postage cost and reduced printing set-up charges.

Can I request printing on items that you do not offer?Yes, of course! We are always expanding our options and adding more requested items, but we are also happy to do one-off printing. Want your print on a polo shirt? Not a problem. We will source out items that are reasonably priced whilst maintaining high-quality.

Why aren't your products branded?We believe in a simple, clean look. Nobody likes big branding smothering their items, and we believe branding takes away attention from the design. We believe in gaining further clients from word-of-mouth.
